Shipping & Delivery

1. Processing Times
All coffee orders are freshly roasted upon confirmation. Please allow 1-2 business days for roasting and packaging before your order is dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. At checkout, enter your pin code to confirm delivery availability.
For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value — the threshold will be displayed at checkout when applicable.
Any additional charges for remote area delivery or express shipping will be clearly communicated before you confirm your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also view your order status and tracking details from your profile.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, or if you experience any delivery issues:
- Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any visible damage to the delivery partner immediately.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.
- We will work with our logistics partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal of delivery, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges for re-dispatch. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
